Favorites of Fashion Week, Spring 2009: Milan

The runway shows in Milan were much more difficult to judge than those in New York and London. No one designer stood out as a clear favorite; either the line had great colors and materials, but poor shapes and textures or the line had amazing shapes and texture, but unappealing colors and materials.

So instead of choosing one designer with an outstanding line, I have just decided to choose one look for each of the four characteristics I listed above: texture, color, material, and shape.
